It is a my normal ear size and comes ready with 1 hole in the lower lobe for you to display your earrings. If you want a second hole, let me know by email. Perfect for displaying your earrings. Thickness of lobe can be easily made thinner, if needed, with a nail file or emery board. Remember that this ear is a one-of-a-kind artist sculpted piece with no two ever exactly alike!
